Hello everyone! The TEDxOxford team is running at full steam to make the conference happen, and this is your chance to jump in and be part of the action! The STUDENT SPEAKERS’ COMPETITION is open for interested students who want to speak at the TEDxOxford conference on 5th February 2017! The team has received many submissions since our dedicated college reps made announcements on their respective JCR Facebook pages this week. In view of this, we have decided to EXTEND THE DEADLINE to 10am, 14th November 2016. That’s the Monday of Week 6 for Oxford students. We’re really excited to hear about your ideas, so keep them rolling in! Remember that our theme this year is ‘X Changes Everything’ and it is entirely up to you how to interpret this, so get creative! All applications will be reviewed by the committee, and selected video submissions will subsequently be posted on our TEDxOxford Facebook page for voting. More submission details can be found below. We look forward to hearing from all of you, and in the meantime, don’t forget to attend our Coffee Morning at Organic Deli on 22nd November! Details can be found on our Facebook page. Please get in touch if you have any questions! Best wishes, The TEDxOxford Team Student Speakers’ Competition submission details: If you are a full-time student currently studying in the UK and have an idea to share at the conference, we welcome you to send in your video application!
